Yes we do. Our products are loved all over the globe! The shipping times above are the same for all international countries. Our products will be sent out from the closest fulfilment centre to your country destination.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? We provide tracking for every order.Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP? Please allow up to 72 hours/3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied if it has not been shipped out. If the item has already shipped, please email email@example.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS! If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. WAITING FOR YOUR ORDER
If your order does not arrive within eight (8) business days, please contact us at the following email address email@example.com so that we can follow it up with the courier. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. If you accept "leave in a safe place" directly with our courier we will no longer take responsibility for the package. If you are not available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. You are then responsible for collection of the parcel from that depot or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
*Please note: that if you purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item in the same order, both items will be sent out at the same time once all stock is available at our warehouse for dispatch.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

Our policy lasts 30 days after arrival. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.0 - If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.

If the item is faulty or damaged, Deemart will cover all shipping costs for the item to be returned back to the warehouse for a replacement. Otherwise the customer is responsible for returning the item. Please contact us before returning an item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
